Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Agreement to Terms

By engaging with THALIREXTECH LTD ("we", "us", "our") for any services or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into a binding contract with us. By placing an order or signing a service agreement, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Service Engagement Policy

All service engagements are subject to acceptance by THALIREXTECH LTD. We reserve the right to decline any project or service request at our discretion. In such events, any initial payments or deposits will be refunded in full.

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate (currently 20%).

Modifications and Cancellations

Change Requests: If you wish to modify the scope of a project or service, please contact your account manager immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but requests made less than 24 hours before a scheduled deployment or consultation may not be possible or may incur additional fees.

Cancellations: Service engagements can typically be cancelled up to 48 hours before the project start date. Once resources have been allocated or development has commenced ("Production Phase"), cancellations may be subject to a termination fee to cover costs incurred.

During high-demand periods, such as end-of-quarter or fiscal year-end, we may require longer notice periods for changes or cancellations.

Payment Terms

We utilize secure invoicing and payment systems. However, bank processing times may vary. We are not responsible for delays in service delivery caused by failed or pending payments.

In cases where payment cannot be verified prior to a scheduled service delivery due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., international banking delays), we may be unable to proceed with the scheduled work. We cannot offer compensation for delays resulting from payment processing issues.

Service Delivery Policy

Scheduled Deployments: We strive to deliver all projects and services on the agreed-upon dates. However, due to the complex nature of technology implementations and reliance on third-party vendors (e.g., cloud providers, hardware suppliers), rare delays may occur. We will notify you immediately of any schedule adjustments.

Third-Party Dependencies: For services involving third-party platforms or hardware delivery to remote locations (including Northern Ireland and parts of Scotland), please allow for potential extended lead times. We will always endeavor to expedite these processes where possible.

Force Majeure: We shall have no liability for any failure to deliver services or any delay in doing so if caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, network outages, cyber-attacks, adverse weather, pandemics, strikes, or industrial disputes.

Hardware and Resource Availability

All hardware procurement and resource allocations are subject to availability. In the event of supply chain shortages or resource unavailability, we reserve the right to substitute with equivalent or superior alternatives. We will always discuss significant substitutions with you prior to implementation.

Service Quality Guarantee

Defects: Although we adhere to strict quality assurance protocols, software bugs or hardware defects may occur. If you encounter critical issues upon delivery, please contact our support team immediately. We will arrange for a rapid patch, replacement, or remediation plan.

Reporting Issues: Please report any service discrepancies or dissatisfaction within 5 business days of delivery. Issues raised after this period may be treated as new maintenance requests.

However, technology is complex, and occasionally things may not go exactly to plan. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our service, please let us know. We value your feedback and promise that if an error is our fault, we will work tirelessly to rectify it.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, and designs produced by THALIREXTECH LTD remain our intellectual property until full payment is received and rights are transferred as per the specific service agreement. Unauthorized use of our proprietary technology or content may result in legal action.
